We offer Property Management, Facilities Management, Financial and Asset Management, with a portfolio of over 650,000 square feet of real estate.

The Opportunity:

PMco is growing and we are looking to add a full-time Leasing Administrator to our team! We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented and motivated Leasing Administrator to join our team in the Dartmouth office. Reporting to the Senior Leasing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our Leasing Teamto ensure seamless operations and excellent client experiences. This is a unique opportunity to be at the heart of our leasing processes, helping to finalize deals, maintain accurate records, and contribute to Team’s success.

Job Duties and Accountabilities: In addition to following PMco's policies and procedures, job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in completing leasing paperwork and uploading details into Yardi.
  • Track documentation, prepare deal summaries, and coordinate lease approvals.
  • Maintain tenant files and monitor lease expiration dates to support renewals.

Internal and External Collaboration

  • Liaise with construction, accounting, and Property Management team, as required.
  • Maintain knowledge and understand lease types applicable to leases in each site.
  • Assist in the maintenance of the leasing database, tracking schedules and leasing reports.

Location, Qualifications, Skills and Education Requirements

  • Must work out of the Dartmouth, NS office
  • Experience with Leasing/ Property Management Software (Yardi is an asset)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, able to deliver clear, concise information tailored to specific and varied audiences.
  • Exceptionally detailed-oriented and organized, ensuring quality and consistency
  • Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude with the ability to work independently
  • Paralegal training and experience or the equivalent in industry experience.
  • 3-5 years experience in the commercial real estate industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Adobe, etc.)
