Job Description

Are you a customer service and development-focused sales professional? As an Account Development Manager, you will help to service and develop customer accounts. You will report directly to the Regional Zone Director.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Work closely with stores team to promote and sell Dulux branded products and others to trades such as Paint Contractors, General Contractors, Builders and Architects.
  2. Achieve sales target by ensuring the development of your territory.
  3. Use sales tool (ClientLink CRM) to record calls, handle accounts, run reports etc.
  4. Analyze territory performance reports and develop sales territory business plans.
  5. Coordinate and lead training sessions to provide technical support to customers.
  6. Increase overall market share with new business.

Qualifications

  1. 3 years of sales experience required; Previous coatings experience an asset.
  2. Must have a valid Driver's License and have maintained a motor vehicle record within acceptable limits as prescribed by PPG.
  3. Availability to work and travel within your assigned territory 80% of time.
  4. Periodic evening hours required for trade organization meetings and customer events.
  5. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Internet applications.

You may work remotely (no office reporting) and must live and travel within the territory during the week.

The base salary range for this position is $50,000- $60,000 CAD.
