Insurance Advisor

As an Insurance Advisor, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining an existing commercial lines renewal book. Your daily focus will be on building lasting relationships with your customers, helping to protect what matters most to them.

Typical Responsibilities

1. Provide quotes and sell new policies to customers via phone, in-person, and email.
2. Manage and develop customer relationships while meeting insurance sales targets.
3. Follow up on all client accounts to resolve outstanding activities.
4. Conduct sales calls for new business and timely renewal calls for existing customers.

Qualifications and Skills

• General Level 1 Insurance License required.
• Experience managing commercial business policies.
• Proficient in navigating multiple computer programs.
• Excellent communication skills in-person, over the phone, and via email.
• Prior experience achieving sales targets in a similar role.
• Working experience with EPIC is an asset.

Additional Details

• Hours: Full-time / 37.5 hours per week.
• Location: Dawson Creek, BC.
• Compensation Range: $51,000 - $70,000.
