Job Purpose
The Commercial Business Analyst will support projects that drive revenue and sales, focusing on the prospect to cash workflow. This role involves working with a team of analysts to develop strong data and business analysis skills, contributing to revenue growth. The position reports to a Manager, Commercial Analysts within ICE's Commercial and Business Operations organization.
The main focus is to collaborate with the Sales and Relationship Management team to support their existing client portfolio through the prospect to cash process. This includes conducting internal reviews of client accounts to ensure billing, contracts, and delivery configurations comply with commercial policies. The analyst will perform detailed forensic account analyses, resolve identified issues, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to advance deals through the sales pipeline. Additionally, the analyst will provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making, requiring strong problem-solving, financial acumen, and revenue data analysis skills. Supporting opportunity creation and deal progression to facilitate timely closures and revenue growth is also key.
