Our client in Wetaskiwin, Alberta seeks a Commercial & Farm Insurance Broker to join a busy team in a hybrid role. You’ll manage a portion of an established book for commercial and farm clients, from hobby farms to larger, complex operations.

You will service, quote, and advise on property, auto, and farm risks, maintain relationships, handle renewals, and contribute to new business through community presence. This position requires in-office days in Wetaskiwin.

Qualifications

• Must have Alberta insurance license Level 1, Level 2 preferred
• Commercial insurance brokerage experience
• Farm insurance experience strongly preferred
• Ideally 3–5 years experience across commercial property, commercial auto, and farm
• EPIC experience is a strong asset
• Strong client service, relationship management, and communication skills
• Comfortable working from the Wetaskiwin office on required in-office days

Compensation

• Base salary based on experience between$60,000–$75,000, negotiable
• Annual performance bonus
