Are you currently an Account Manager, Client Solutions Manager, Client Service Representative, or similar role with a background in Commercial Insurance? If so, this opportunity may be a good fit for you!
The successful candidate will report to the Manager, Commercial Operations, and work closely with the Commercial Account Executive to service a book of business. You will leverage your commercial insurance knowledge to advise and support clients, aligning your efforts with the organization’s strategy, business goals, and value proposition. You should be passionate about delivering professional, friendly customer service and advice, enjoy building long-lasting relationships with insurance carriers, industry leaders, and colleagues. A detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving skills are essential to develop effective solutions for clients.
