RDA Insurance is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager/CSR in Woodbridge, ON, offering a hybrid work model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH) to support our Small Business Unit and, over time, mid‑market commercial accounts.

You will join a stable, long‑tenured team that prioritizes client service and professional development, with ongoing opportunities for growth and designation support.

Qualifications

• RIBO license is required.
• 3–5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
• Experience with EPIC (or another BMS) and willingness to transition.
• Excellent communication, accuracy, and client service.
