Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in DRP/estimating or collision repair workflows.
• Ability to communicate with customers and insurance representatives.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate estimates for vehicle repairs and parts replacement.
• Coordinate repair planning with customers and insurance companies.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance programs and company procedures.
• Participate in team meetings and training as required.
