Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass in Langley, BC seeks an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance and customers throughout the process.

You will create detailed estimates in Audatex and Mitchell, maintain KPIs, and work within a dynamic team under the Store Manager. Competitive pay and strong benefits support career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with pertinent details from every customer interaction.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Participate in daily production walks and team support.
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell per latest guidelines.
