Job summary

Boyd Autobody & Glass is seeking an Estimator to provide expert vehicle damage assessments and accurate estimates. You will coordinate repair needs with customers and insurance, communicate throughout the process, and support achieving KPIs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.

Responsibilities

• Update ASE with details from every customer interaction.
• Provide customers with accurate and timely information guiding them through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements and processes.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team and assist as needed.
• Maintain KPI targets (Sales/ GP/ NP/ CSI/ AR/ CT&TT).
• Adhere to Boyd’s Core Values and 10 Promise.
• Create estimates in Audatex and Mitchell using latest guidelines.
