Job summary

Dueck Richmond is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead a profitable shop focused on customer satisfaction. The role combines estimating, operations oversight, and team leadership to maximize production and profitability.

You will manage hiring, training, and performance reviews, maintain quality standards, and drive process improvements while ensuring a safe working environment for a team of technicians. The position is full-time at our Richmond, BC location.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of collision repair estimating experience (required).
• Previous management experience.
• Valid BC driver's license.
• ICBC Insurance experience (asset).
• Post-secondary training (asset).
• Commitment to continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee detailed collision damage estimate reports.
• Ensure operational efficiency and smooth processes.
• Maintain KPI on the Collision Repair Scorecard.
• Inspect work for quality assurance.
• Interview, hire, train, and develop the team.
• Manage team performance and conduct annual reviews.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolve complaints.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Establish a safe, positive work environment.
