Kelly Services is recruiting a Client Account Specialist (Collections) to join our client’s team in Mississauga. This permanent, full-time role suits a customer-focused professional who thrives on speaking with customers, building relationships, solving problems, and hitting measurable targets.

You will contact customers with overdue accounts, discuss payment options, and follow up on balances while keeping accurate notes in the collections system. Proficiency with Microsoft Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, client support, or call centre.

Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts and discuss payment options
• Follow up on outstanding balances and work toward successful recovery
• Research customer information and perform basic skip tracing when required
• Maintain accurate account notes and customer history in the collections system
• Follow client guidelines and company procedures
• Work toward individual and team collection targets
• Review accounts and determine appropriate next steps for recovery
• Prepare documentation when accounts require further action
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve collection goals
