Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and ensure seamless operations in the manager’s absence.
• Motivate and guide team members to deliver warm, genuine hospitality and outstanding coffee experiences.
• Model Bridgehead standards for cleanliness, quality, and efficiency.
• Train, coach, and mentor Baristas to ensure consistency and skill development.
• Maintain a positive, inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration and growth.
• Anticipate and respond to customer needs with professionalism and care.
• Support accurate record-keeping, cash handling, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Lead by example through professionalism, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ensure health and safety standards are followed for both customers and team members.
