Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 kg during a shift.

• Flexibility regarding store location and hours is expected.
• Food handler certification and first aid CPR credentials are required before signing.

We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining smooth coffeehouse operations, and upholding Bridgehead’s high standards of quality, hospitality, and care. As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll develop your leadership skills, build your coffee expertise, and contribute to a warm, welcoming environment that celebrates both excellence and authenticity. You’ll support your team through every rush, inspire confidence and collaboration, and ensure that every detail, from the perfect espresso shot to a clean, inviting store, reflects our values.

Position: Coffee House Shift Supervisor

Location: 1024 Wellington St. Ottawa, ON K1Y 2X9

Starting Pay: $18.70 per hour + tips
