Qualifications

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role.
• Certified Food Handler Certificate (required before contract signing).
• Certified First Aid/CPR.
• Post-secondary training in Hospitality, Business, or Management.
• Passion for coffee, tea, and sustainable trade practices.

We are currently seeking a Shift Supervisor who will be responsible for leading their team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, maintaining smooth coffeehouse operations, and upholding Bridgehead's high standards of quality, hospitality, and care. Position: Coffee House Shift Supervisor

Location: 317 McRae Ave. Ottawa, ON K1Z 8P4

Starting Pay: $18.70 per hour + tips

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a Shift Supervisor or similar leadership role

• Physically fit to stand, walk, bend, twist, and lift up to 40 kg during a shift
• Consistent punctuality, reliability, and accountability
• Flexibility regarding store location and hours of work
