Job summary

SSP Canada is hiring a Tim Horton's General Manager at the Victoria International Airport. You will lead front and back of house operations, ensuring safety and quality while driving cost controls and team development.

This role requires a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, airport environment. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in restaurant management in a coffee shop setting, excellent communication, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
