SSP Canada is looking for a Restaurant General Manager to lead a Tim Hortons location at Victoria International Airport. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast‑paced environments, builds strong teams, and knows how to keep operations smooth even during the morning rush.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day Front and Back of House operations

• Drive results through labor control, cost management, and forecasting
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high‑performing team
• Maintain operational systems, compliance, and reporting
• Partner with senior leaders and support office administration needs

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education preferred
• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience
• (Quick service or coffee shop experience strongly preferred)
• Proven ability to lead teams in a high‑volume environment
• Comfort with POS systems, MS Office, and operational reporting
• Strong communication skills and confidence handling guest or team issues
