SSP Canada is hiring a Tim Hortons General Manager at the Victoria International Airport to lead front- and back-of-house operations in a high-volume coffee shop setting. You will oversee food quality and safety, control costs, mentor the team, and ensure adherence to systems and standards in a secure airport environment.

Requirements include a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), at least 3 years in restaurant management in a coffee shop, plus proficiency with MS Office and POS

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.

• Coffee Shop management, proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
