Job summary

SSP Canada is hiring a Tim Horton's General Manager for the Victoria International Airport (YYJ) location. You will oversee front and back of house operations, ensure food quality and safety, control costs, and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

We offer a competitive CAD 68,000–75,000 salary per year, potential quarterly bonuses and a year-end bonus, comprehensive benefits, and the chance to develop within one of the world's largest restaurant operators.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years restaurant management experience in a coffee shop environment.
• Demonstrated leadership in high-volume food service settings.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; excellent organizational skills.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a coffee shop environment required.
• Coffee Shop management, proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
