Job summary

SSP Canada is hiring a Tim Horton's General Manager at Victoria International Airport (YYJ). You will oversee front and back of house operations and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced coffee shop environment.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years in coffee shop management, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and POS systems. Comprehensive benefits and quarterly/year-end bonuses accompany this opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or relevant coursework preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience in a coffee shop environment required.
• Coffee Shop management, proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, and strong organizational abilities.
• Strong communication skills, ability to work with executives and diverse teams, and a proven track record in conflict resolution.
