Job summary

Playground, located just south of downtown Montreal, is seeking a dedicated Cocktail Server to deliver exceptional beverage service. You will need extensive knowledge of our drink menu and the ability to provide friendly, efficient service to our guests throughout shifts.

Responsibilities include taking orders, serving drinks, handling payments, and balancing the cash at shift end. Must be 18+ and comfortable working in a fast-paced, bilingual environment in English and French.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Fluency in English and French is essential.
• Experience as a server in a high-volume venue is preferred.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Previous working experience as a waitress or waiter in a high-volume establishment is essential

Responsabilités :

• Fournir un service supérieur et maximiser la satisfaction des clients

Exigences :

• Être âgé de 18 ans et plus
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles en anglais et en français (essentiel)
• Être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée du quart de travail
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où tout va très vite
• Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés
• Une expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que serveuse ou serveur dans un établissement à forte fréquentation est essentielle
