• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

Responsabilités :

• Fournir un service de qualité supérieure et maximiser la satisfaction des clients.
• Connaître en détail tous les produits du menu.
• Faire des recommandations et répondre aux demandes de renseignements concernant les produits du menu.
• Prendre les commandes des clients et servir les aliments et les boissons.
• Débarrasser et nettoyer les tables.
• Collecter et traiter les paiements.
• Faire le solde de la caisse à la fin de chaque quart de travail.

Exigences :

• Être bilingue et avoir 18 ans ou plus
• Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien.
• Expérience professionnelle préalable en tant que serveur / serveuse requise.
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation.
• Vous devez être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée de votre quart de travail.
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où les activités se déroulent à un rythme rapide.
• Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs et les jours fériés.
• Une expérience préalable dans des restaurants de type buffet ou axés sur le petit-déjeuner est considérée comme un atout.
