This full-time role offers afternoon/evening/night, weekend shifts and 3–4 weeks of daytime training. Attractive hourly wage, on-site parking, and career advancement opportunities await the right candidate.

Qualifications

Must be perfectly bilingual (French and English).
Must be 18 years or older.
Valid work permit or Canadian resident.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask while remaining calm and professional.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong computer skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner.
Inform guests about Playground policies and answer their questions.
Answer emails, phone calls and messages in a timely and professional manner.
Sign-up new customers and create new players cards.
Assist guests with merchandise purchases.
Restock department supplies inventory on a regular basis.
Responsible for balancing the cash register.
Monitor lost and found items.
Remain knowledgeable of the Daily Tournaments/Cash Games and promotions.
Enroll players on Poker wait list; know Rewards programs.
Work with departments to assure the best possible service.
Maintain Daily Reports for communication between teams.

Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Guest Services Attendant to play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our valued guests. We are committed to creating a welcoming and entertaining atmosphere for all, and we need passionate individuals to help us achieve this goal.

Schedule: Full-time - Available afternoon, evenings, nights, weekends. Must be available for 3-4 weeks of daytime training.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

Must be perfectly bilingual (French and English) and 18 years or older
Must have a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident
Must have strong writing skills in French and English
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as within a team setting
Ability to multitask while remaining calm and professional

Horaire : Temps plein – Disponible l’après-midi, le soir, la nuit et les week-ends. Doit être disponible pour 3 à 4 semaines de formation de jour.

Responsabilités:

Accueillir et assister les invités de manière chaleureuse, courtoise et professionnelle
Informer les clients des politiques de l'aire de jeux et répondre à leurs questions
Répondre aux e-mails, aux appels téléphoniques et aux messages de manière rapide et professionnelle
Inscrire de nouveaux clients et créer de nouvelles cartes de joueurs
Aider les clients à acheter des marchandises
Réapprovisionner les fournitures du département sur une base régulière
Balancer la caisse
Surveiller les objets perdus et trouvés
Demeurer à l'affût des règles des tournois et cash games en vigueur quotidiennement (mises et montants pour participer)
Responsable de rester informé de toutes les promotions en cours et à venir sur le terrain de jeu
Responsable de l'inscription des joueurs sur la liste d'attente pour le poker
Connaître nos programmes de récompenses pour pouvoir aider les joueurs à réclamer
Collaborer avec les différents départements pour assurer le meilleur service possible
Maintenir des rapports quotidiens pour faciliter une bonne communication entre l'équipe de Services aux joueurs ainsi que l'administration et les autres départements

Exigences:

Doit être parfaitement bilingue (français et anglais) et âgé de 18 ans ou plus
Avoir un permis de travail valide ou être résident canadien
Bonnes compétences rédactionnelles en français et en anglais
Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation
Capacité à travailler de manière indépendante avec un minimum de supervision ainsi qu'en équipe
Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches tout en restant calme et professionnel
Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés
Connaissance de la suite MS Office et solides compétences informatiques
