Job summary

Playground is seeking a dependable Chip Runner to convert cash into gaming chips for guests, leveraging strong math and customer service skills. This role supports our expanding casino floor and hotel experiences in Kahnawake, with evenings, overnight, and weekend shifts.

You will be responsible for handling cash accurately, responding to inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction while maintaining a positive, timely presence on shift in a dynamic environment.

• Must be bilingual and 18 years or older.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Excellent math skills.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Chip Runner. In this role, your exceptional customer service and math skills will be put to great use as you facilitate the conversion of cash into gaming chips for our guests.

Schedule: evenings, overnight, weekends.

• Responding to general inquiries
• Converting cash into chips for our guests
• Balancing your cash at the end of each shift

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual and 18 years or older
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Previous experience in a similar environment is an asset but not required
• Excellent math skills

Horaire : soirs, nuitées, fins de semaine.

Responsabilités :

• Répondre aux demandes de renseignements généraux
• Convertir l'argent en jetons pour nos clients
• Balancer l'argent à la fin de chaque quart de travail
• Dépasser les attentes des clients dans toutes les interactions
• Arriver à l'heure et se préparer pour le travail de la journée avec le sourire

Exigences :

• Être bilingue et avoir 18 ans ou plus
• Être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée du quart de travail
• Une expérience antérieure dans un environnement similaire est un atout mais n'est pas nécessaire
• Excellentes aptitudes en mathématiques
