We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cocktail Server to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued guests. In this role, your attention to detail, extensive knowledge of our drink menu, and commitment to superior customer service will be essential.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
• Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items
• Make recommendations and answer questions about the menu
• Take customers’ orders and deliver beverages
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure the client’s satisfaction
• Collect and process payments
• Balance your cash at the end of each shift

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years old and over
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French (essential)
• Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
• Previous working experience as a waitress or waiter in a high-volume establishment is essential

Responsabilités :

• Fournir un service supérieur et maximiser la satisfaction des clients
• Avoir une connaissance détaillée de tous les articles du menu de boissons
• Faire des recommandations et répondre aux questions sur le menu
• Prendre les commandes des clients et livrer les boissons.

Exigences :

• Être âgé de 18 ans et plus
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles en anglais et en français (essentiel)
• Être capable de travailler debout pendant toute la durée du quart de travail
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches à la fois et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement où tout va très vite
• Flexibilité pour travailler sur différents quarts de travail, y compris les fins de semaine, les soirs et les jours fériés
• Une expérience professionnelle antérieure en tant que serveuse ou serveur dans un établissement à forte fréquentation est essentielle
