Playground Poker is hiring a Breakfast Line Cook to prepare and plate morning meals with precision, ensuring freshness and quality. You will manage your station, follow prep lists, and collaborate with the kitchen to maintain smooth operations at our gaming destination near Montreal.

The role requires 2+ years of experience, bilingual communication, and a strong focus on safety. Flexible shifts include weekends and holidays with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and/or French and 18 years or older.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar position.

Responsabilités:

• Adhérer aux listes de prep
• Comprendre les commandes générées par le système PDV
• Exécuter des plats selon les recettes avec les plus hauts standards de qualité
• Respecter les procédures de santé et de sécurité
• Respectez les niveaux de réapprovisionnement
• Station proche et propre selon les normes du restaurant
• Communiquer efficacement avec les collègues et le chef

Exigences:

• Doit parler couramment l'anglais et/ou le français et avoir 18 ans ou plus
• 2 ans d’experience ou plus dans un poste similaire
• Excellentes aptitudes à la communication, aux relations interpersonnelles et à l'organisation
• Capacité à effectuer plusieurs tâches et à rester calme et professionnel dans un environnement en évolution rapide
• A une excellente compréhension de la gestion du temps
• Une attitude positive et collaborative de joueur d'équipe
• Doit être capable de travailler sur vos pieds pendant la durée du quart de travail
• Flexibilité pour travailler divers quarts de travail, y compris les week-ends, les soirs, les heures de nuit et les jours fériés
• Doit avoir un visa de travail canadien valide
