Job summary

Elbow River Casino is seeking a Food and Beverage Server to provide exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment. You will ensure timely food and beverage service, manage cash outs at shift end, and uphold a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include supporting responsible beverage service, addressing guest concerns with professionalism, and notifying supervisors of complaints. A minimum of 2 years in a similar role and POS experience are preferred, with Pro Serve compliance

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage Server.
• Experience in a high volume beverage service environment.
• Experience in a busy environment an asset.
• Proficient in front office applications of POS.
• Pro Serve certification is required.
