Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritize and resolve IT problems quickly and efficiently.
• Install/Support/Maintain PCs and peripheral devices.
• Knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS.
• Proficient with security such as encryption and MFA.
• Strong customer service and empathy skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage client issues or questions via calls or tickets.
• Categorize tickets and resolve or escalate as required.
• Occasional on-site visits and service calls to client sites.
• Assist in project implementation and rollouts (IT infra, security, processes).
• Participate in IT budgeting discussions for ManagePoint and/ or clients.
