Job summary

The role covers both operational and IT audits and emphasizes governance, risk management, and internal controls.

You’ll participate in onboarding, engage with the audit team, and contribute to planning, testing, data analytics, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or related discipline.
• General knowledge of internal audit, risk management and internal control.
• General knowledge of information technology infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity.
• Foundational knowledge of artificial intelligence and data analytics and visualization tools through coursework, projects, and/or co-op/internship experience.

Responsibilities

• Gather and research information relevant to audits during planning, including research on policies, procedures, standards, and leading practices.
• Conduct testing, analyze audit evidence, and prepare working papers to support audit conclusions.
• Perform data analytics to identify trends, anomalies and insights that support audit planning and testing.
• Participate in meetings with audit team members and business partners.
• Summarize audit results and assist in the preparation of the audit report.
• Perform other related duties as required.
