Job summary

WorkSafeBC in Richmond invites a Co-op Student in Experience Design to support the Stakeholder Experience Design team within the Experience, Communications, Marketing and Insights department. The role is a full-time, eight-month temporary opportunity starting January 2027, based in the Richmond office five days per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for stakeholder experience projects including administration and research tasks
• Conduct primary and secondary research for stakeholder experience
• Assist in designing journey maps and empathy maps
• Prepare PowerPoint reports aligned with WorkSafeBC brand
• Coordinate focus groups and interviews and take notes
