Job summary

Teck Resources Limited is offering a 8‑month co‑op in Vancouver focused on Access Governance and Oversharing within Microsoft 365. You will work with Data Protection Operations and IT teams to strengthen controls and improve governance processes.

Ideal candidates are pursuing DS/CS/MIS or related fields, must be enrolled in a Canadian post‑secondary and intend to return to studies after the term. Applicants should be prepared to relocate if not local to Vancouver.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Canadian post‑secondary institution for the full co‑op term.
• Must plan to return to studies for at least one academic term after completion.
• Willing to commute or relocate to Vancouver for the term.
• Valid study permit and studentship letter where applicable.
• SharePoint/OneDrive experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support governance and security of Microsoft 365 environments.
• Assist with access review activities and tracking.
• Identify oversharing risks and governance issues.
• Maintain governance records, logs, and evidence repositories.
• Prepare dashboards and reporting packages for reviews.
