Job summary

Mantech Enterprises Inc. is seeking multiple full-time CNC Machinists in North Vancouver, BC, on 4-day 10hr or 5-day 8hr schedules. You will set up, program, and operate CNC mills and lathes to produce aerospace-grade components.

Reporting to the Machine Shop Lead, you will document processes, ensure AS9100D compliance, and collaborate with engineers, machinists, and fabricators to deliver top-quality parts on time.

Qualifications

• Journeyperson Machinist certification or Red Seal preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of CNC machining experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC milling and lathes.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to spec.
• Program CNC machines using CAD/CAM software.
• Maintain documentation and quality records.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100D standards.
• Plan with ERP to schedule and manage work.
• Contribute to safe, efficient shop practices.
