Job summary

Mantech Enterprises Inc. in North Vancouver, BC is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our engineering, design, and manufacturing team.

You will operate and optimize CNC milling and turning processes, ensuring quality parts and on-time delivery within our integrated shop. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of CNC experience, CAD/CAM knowledge, ERP familiarity (ProShop a plus), and strong communication to work across teams.

Qualifications

5+ years of CNC machining experience.
Knowledge of CAD/CAM software and programming.
Familiarity with milling and turning processes.
Experience with ERP systems, preferably ProShop ERP.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Adaptable to changing environments and problemsolving mindset.

Responsibilities

Ensure timely, high-quality machine shop throughput delivering parts within deadlines.
Maintain compliance with documentation, QA, and AS9100D requirements.
Follow and improve existing processes and procedures.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized department.
Collaborate with shop lead and other teams to optimize workflow.
