Mantech Enterprises Inc. in North Vancouver, BC, is seeking a highly skilled CNC Machinist to join our small, hands-on engineering team.

Reporting to the Machine Shop Lead, you will deliver high‑quality parts on time, using CNC milling and lathe equipment, and apply CAD/CAM programming and ERP planning. Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC machining experience with journeyman or equivalent.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and CAM programming.
• Experience with CNC milling and CNC lathes.
• Familiar with ERP systems; ProShop ERP preferred.
• Strong communication and ability to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality parts on time from the machine shop.
• Maintain documentation including time-tracking and QA.
• Follow and improve shop processes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to meet production goals.
