Nétur Inc, located in Saint-Hubert, QC, is seeking skilled CNC machinists to set up, operate, and adjust high-precision parts. You will read technical drawings, interpret control plans, and ensure quality through meticulous measurements using CMMs and handheld instruments.

Experience with lathes/milling, ISO9001/AS9100 awareness, and basic English are valued. Full-time, on-site positions with a strong focus on safety and continuous improvement.

Formación

• DEP machining technique and ASP CNC machining / DEC mechanical or aeronautical engineering
• 5 years of relevant experience
• Experience on lathes and/or milling machines
• Comfortable with technical drawings
• Experience with hard materials (inconel, titanium, hardened stainless steel)
• Experience in welding (asset)
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 (asset)
• CMM knowledge (asset)
• Beginner level of English required for occasional communications

Responsabilidades

• Read and interpret technical drawings and plans for precision machining operations
• Operate an Okuma CNC machine
• Perform set-up and first parts, adjust and produce parts
• Ensure part quality via visual and dimensional checks

With more than 45 years of existence, Nétur Inc , we are looking for people wanting to take on challenges in the field of aeronautics and aerospace. We are a Quebec company located in Saint-Hubert, which specializes in the production and assembly of small and medium-sized high-precision parts.

Schedule:

• 8 hours per day
• Day shift
• Evening shift

The responsibilities of the position consist of doing set-up, to operate and adjust the machines, as well as ensure the quality of the manufacturing of its parts.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Read and interpret technical drawings, plans in order to carry out precision machining operations;

Operate an Okuma brand numerical control machine;

Perform assembly (set up) and execute the first parts. Make the necessary adjustments and carry out the requested production;

Ensure the quality of the parts produced by carrying out visual and dimensional observation of the parts;

With the help of the control plans, check using measuring instruments if the dimensions are accurate and conform to the requirements;

Contribute to teamwork by providing suggestions for improvement;
All other related tasks

Skills and qualifications:

DEP machining technique + ASP CNC machining / DEC mechanical or aeronautical engineering

5 years of relevant experience

Experience on lathes and/or milling machines

Comfortable with technical drawings

Experience with hard materials (inconel, titanium, hardened stainless steel)

Experience in welding (asset important)

Knowledge of ISO9001 and/or AS9100 standards (asset)
CMM machine knowledge (asset)

A beginner level of English is required for this position, since some occasional communications could take place in this language.
