Qualifications

  • Select the tools and determine the optimal machining parameters
  • Perform the setup and make the necessary adjustments.
  • Verify the conformity of the parts using precision measuring instruments
  • Optimize machining programs and methods to improve quality and efficiency
  • Participate in solving technical problems and in the continuous improvement of processes
  • Perform basic maintenance on equipment
  • Document the work carried out according to quality and traceability requirements
  • Collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to deliver an exceptional product
Your profile
  • DEP in machining techniques, ASP in CNC programming or equivalent training
  • Experience in programming and operating CNC machines
  • Excellent ability to read blueprints and understand dimensional tolerances
  • Knowledge of CNC programming software (Mastercam, GibbsCAM, Fusion 360 or equivalent)
  • Rigour, precision and attention to detail
