Job summary

Elmer's Manufacturing Ltd. in Manitoba is seeking a CNC & Fabrication Lead to own production flow across CNC laser, brake, and machining operations.

You will lead a team of operators and team leads, coordinating labour, capacity, and material flow to meet targets while resolving bottlenecks and ensuring safety. This role requires strong manufacturing experience, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coach and develop others in a fast-paced CNC and fabrication environment.

Qualifications

• Identify and resolve bottlenecks across cutting, forming, and machining processes.

This role is ideal forsomeone with strong manufacturing experience who enjoys solving problems on thefloor, optimizing processes, and developing people in a fast-paced CNC andfabrication environment.

WhatYou’ll Do:
