SKILLS REQUIRED

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB configuration, CI Class Manager, CSDM, CMDB Health, data certification, and CMDB governance.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, MID Server architecture, Service Mapping, CI dependency mapping, and CI relationship management.
• Hands-on experience with Import Sets, Transform Maps, data normalization, identification rules, and CMDB Reconciliation Engine (IRE) configuration and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) modules, with expertise in CMDB data integration and dependency management.
• Proven experience in troubleshooting CMDB data quality issues, duplicate CIs, missing or inaccurate CI relationships, data load failures, and reconciliation conflicts.
• Strong knowledge of CMDB best practices, governance frameworks, data lifecycle management, and ServiceNow platform administration.
• Experience implementing and maintaining accurate, scalable, and compliant CMDB solutions aligned with organizational standards and CSDM guidelines.
