Job summary

Fit4Less Canada is seeking a Manager who will lead a team of club Associates to deliver a clean, friendly, and automated experience for Members and staff. The role includes recruiting, coaching, and driving revenue while maintaining budgets and high standards of service.

You will manage direct reports, oversee onboarding, and address member concerns to ensure a positive and safe club environment. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Experience leading, training and motivating teams.
• Experience exceeding individual and team sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and problem solving mindset.
• Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office/apps).
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and handle stress.
• Commitment to meeting internal and external customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver consistent, friendly customer service.
