Job summary

Fit4Less Canada is seeking a Host to deliver friendly customer and membership services while maintaining club cleanliness and basic maintenance. You will engage with members on the workout floor, explain membership options, and help guide guests through automated and virtual processes.

The role emphasizes a courteous, efficient, and safety-conscious approach, with daily responsibilities including cleaning, assisting members, and reporting issues to management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• WHMIS certification or training.
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to Fit4Less standards for safety and cleanliness.
• Provide friendly customer service and explain memberships and processes to members and guests.
• Assist with membership management and access to club resources and automated options.
• Report incidents or deficiencies following standard procedures and coordinate with the manager as needed.
