Fit4Less is seeking a Manager for a term position in Edmonton to lead a team of club Associates, drive consistent customer service, and oversee daily operations to maintain a clean and safe environment. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and manage staff, while meeting revenue goals and controlling expenses.

The role requires leadership experience, strong communication, and tech literacy with common office software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience leading and training teams.
• Proven track record in meeting sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Customer service skills.
• Proficiency with computers and basic software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train direct reports to ensure high performance and engagement.
• Manage revenue goals and operating budgets for the club location.
• Address member concerns and resolve escalated issues.
