Job summary

Fit4Less Canada is seeking a Manager to lead a club team, ensuring a clean, safe and friendly experience for Members and Associates. The role focuses on achieving revenue goals, controlling expenses and guiding staff through onboarding, coaching and performance management.

The ideal candidate has leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required or equivalent.
• Experience leading and motivating teams and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service focus and basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of club Associates to run a financially healthy club.
• Ensure consistent friendly customer service and safe, clean environment.
• Train and develop direct reports; recruit and onboard as needed.
• Meet revenue goals and manage expenses within the budget.
• Address member concerns and resolve escalations.
