Job summary

GoodLife Fitness is seeking a Fit4Less Manager in Edmonton to lead a club team in delivering friendly, efficient service and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The role focuses on training staff, handling member concerns, and driving revenue against budgets.

You will recruit and onboard staff, monitor performance, and implement action plans to meet and exceed club goals while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma and be capable of leading and training teams.
• Proven ability to exceed individual and team sales goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and a calm demeanor under pressure.
• Proficient with computers and common software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a team of club Associates to deliver friendly service.
• Ensure club cleanliness, safety, and adherence to standards and guidelines.
• Address member concerns and resolve escalated complaints.
• Recruit, onboard, coach and evaluate direct reports for performance and engagement.
• Achieve revenue goals and manage expenses to meet budgeted targets.
