Fit4Less is seeking a Host to deliver friendly customer and membership services while maintaining club cleanliness. The role includes assisting members, promoting memberships, and educating guests on automated options.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, engage with members on the workout floor, and report any deficiencies. A positive, courteous attitude and ability to work under pressure are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork and/or volunteer experience
• Verbal communication skills
• Written communication skills
• WHMIS
• First Aid, CPR-A & AED Certification
• Puts a lot of effort into their activities.
• Remains calm under pressure and can handle stress.
• Is dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of both internal and external customers.
• Values time and uses their time effectively and efficiently.

Responsabilités

• Performs cleanliness tasks to ensure safety for everyone in the club.
• Cleans and tidies to the cleanliness standards and expectations.
• Provides friendly customer interaction on the workout floor.
• Contributes to the everybody cleans mindset.
• Completes daily, weekly and monthly cleanliness tasks and training.
• Informs and reports deficiencies using standard guideline expectations.
• Provides friendly customer service that follows Fit4Less guidelines and processes.
• Welcomes everybody warmly in the club with hi, bye and thank you.
• Helps and educates members with memberships, amenities and processes.
• Promotes black card amenities and memberships.
• Addresses and reports incidents following standard process expectations.
• Sells and suggests memberships and provides assistance for membership management.
