Fit4Less is seeking a Host to deliver friendly customer service, assist members with memberships and gym access, and promote club amenities. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, safe environment and educating guests on automated and virtual options within the club.

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma (or be pursuing it), strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure while supporting the club’s brand standards.

Qualificações

• Verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Teamwork and dependability in a fast-paced club environment.
• WHMIS certification and first aid/CPR training are required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly customer service and assist members with memberships and amenities.
• Promote Black Card memberships and educate on club processes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across the gym floor and facilities.
• Assist with access to automated/virtual options for members and guests.
