Job summary

Fit4Less welcomes a Host who provides friendly customer service, promotes memberships, and keeps the club clean and safe. The role involves assisting members with memberships, educating on automated and virtual options, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere on the workout floor.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma (or working toward it), 1 year of teamwork or volunteer experience, strong communication skills, and relevant certifications such as WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A and AED.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or in progress.
• 1 year teamwork/volunteer experience.
• Verbal communication skills required.
• Written communication skills required.
• WHMIS certification desired.
• First Aid certification.
• CPR-A & AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist members and guests on the workout floor.
• Sell and explain memberships and assist with membership management.
• Maintain club cleanliness and safety per guidelines.
• Educate members about automated/virtual options and processes.
• Provide friendly customer service in line with Fit4Less standards.
• Report incidents or concerns to management promptly.
