Job summary

Fit4Less is seeking a service-oriented team member in Ontario to maintain club cleanliness and deliver friendly customer service on the workout floor. You will engage with members, assist with memberships, and promote Fit4Less amenities and access to automated options.

The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and adherence to WHMIS, First Aid, CPR-A and AED guidelines while welcoming guests and ensuring a positive club experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• 1 year teamwork or volunteer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS and CPR-A/AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Perform and complete cleanliness tasks to ensure safety and consistent standards.
• Provide friendly customer interaction while cleaning on the workout floor.
• Assist members with memberships, amenities, and processes.
• Promote memberships and handle membership management assistance.
• Educate on automated and virtual options and access within the club.
