Job summary

Google Canada in Toronto, Canada is seeking a Technical Account Manager Associate II to guide enterprise customers through Google Cloud transformation and to lead cloud implementation engagements. You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, manage technical timelines, and build relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.

The role emphasizes customer advocacy, removal of blockers, and escalation management, with focuses on migration planning and successful launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience (required)
• 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role driving customer technical implementations or transformation programs (required)
• Experience supporting customers in cloud operations, such as launch, capacity planning, product release management, cloud technical support, or cloud consulting (required)

Responsibilities

• Accelerate customer adoption of Google Cloud by leading implementation journeys and managing timelines, milestones, and migration goals
• Advocate for customer needs to overcome adop­tion blockers and drive new feature development
• Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum
• Develop relationships with stakeholders to understand the customer’s business and build strategic roadmaps
• Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to address business and technical needs
• Plan for customer events and launches with Support and Developers
• Guide issues and escalations to resolution with customers and Support
• Develop best practices and assets from engagements to scale adoption through partners
