Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a CIS Service Line Solutions Sales Specialist to lead cloud infrastructure and sales cloud initiatives within the Insurance domain, driving transformative solutions and strengthening service delivery across hybrid environments.

You will collaborate with client account teams, shape large-scale cloud transformation opportunities, and manage the full sales lifecycle to achieve revenue targets, leveraging AI-led innovation and disciplined execution.

Qualifications

15+ years of demonstrated experience in Solutioning, Pre-Sales or Business Development, together with delivery transformation and hands-on Cloud & Infrastructure skills across at least two core areas.
At least 5+ years in business development, presales, sales or practice growth and management, with a track record of closing large Cloud and Infrastructure engagements.
Experience in Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Multi-Cloud and Networking Solutions.
Proven ability to lead the entire sales lifecycle from opportunity identification to contracting and implementation.
Strong problem-solving ability to translate strategy into action across diverse environments.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth by prioritizing, structuring, and leading digital Cloud & Infrastructure engagements.
Shape large-scale Cloud transformations by developing business cases and roadmaps that accelerate cloud adoption.
Map client organizations, build relationships, and develop account growth strategies.
Lead strategic guidance and technical leadership on modernization, migration, and managed services initiatives.
Own the full sales lifecycle including negotiations to deliver revenue and bookings targets.
Demonstrate Cognizant Way to Lead through strategic agility and client value creation.
