Job summary
EPAM Systems in Canada seeks a Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery of a customer identity and profile modernization program, migrating from SAP Gigya to Microsoft Entra External ID. Coordinate Dev, QA and Production teams to meet schedule, scope, quality, security and budget targets.
The role emphasizes governance, RAID/quality, and cross-functional team leadership, with strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Azure/CI/CD experience to ensure smooth cutovers and post-launch stabilization.
Qualifications
- 7+ years in delivery/project management for software engineering.
- Strong Agile/Scrum/Kanban with CI/CD and identity delivery.
- Cloud experience, preferably Azure and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communicator to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with IAM/CIAM migrations is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain an integrated delivery plan across scope, milestones, dependencies, RAID and cutover/hypercare.
- Establish delivery governance and ceremonies focused on outcomes.
- Serve as primary delivery contact for client stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Organize cross-functional teams and foster onboarding and continuous improvement.
- Own RAID and quality practices; partner on PII, consent and auditing requirements.
- Manage scope, budget and staffing to ensure profitability and delivery health.
